Some celebrities rely on herbal remedies to prepare for an upcoming red carpet event. Just ask actress Jennifer Lawrence’s trainer, Dalton Wong. He recommends she take an Epsom salt bath to detoxify before stepping out for an event. He also says drinking a combination of dandelion and chamomile tea will reduce a person’s chances of bloating and water retention.

“Chamomile tea helps to calm the body and get rid of stress that could build up before an event, leading to bloating,” Wong explained. “The dandelion tea is a brilliant diuretic so it helps to prevent water retention and flushes out toxins.”
